- very high coating thicknesses
- electrostatic application voltage set too high
Paint (powder coating)
- defective powder coating batch
- wet powder coating
- different powder coatings of the same shade have been mixed together
Part and its hanging
- insufficiently grounded material
- insufficiently degreased base material
- insufficiently dried base material
- the material is contaminated with silicone!
